    Hi Guys,

complete novice at this, so would greatly appreciate your help.

Run a small community website and the problem is that when any member sends mail to another member, they are not receiving a notice to their ISP email address informing them that they have a new message - even though this is set up correctly in their Cpanel.

The message is bouncing back to me as admin with the following error attached:

" This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    abc@hotmail.co.uk

Mail sent by user nobody being discarded due to sender restrictions in WHM->Tweak Settings
    "

I've obviously have something set up wrong in WHM, can you help?

    Thank you in advance.

It seems that you have averted user "nobody" from sending out mail to remote addresses.you can allow user "nobody" to sent out mail to remote addresses from WHM.

Go to Main >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings

and uncheck the following option mentioned below under Mail section and save settings.

Prevent the user "nobody" from sending out mail to remote addresses (PHP and CGI scripts generally run as nobody if you are not using PHPSuexec and Suexec respectively.)

    Hi,

    thanks for info.

Mmmm...doesn't seem as though I can get into this, just getting the error message "You do not have access to this option".

Is this something I need to contact my Host about?

    Ken.
