Emails not going to "sent" box on iPhone

Hello,

I have set up my email account on Mail app on iPhone, but when I send emails they are not entering the "Sent" or "Sent Messages" folder. "Sent" currently contains no emails, and "Sent Messages" contains all the emails I have sent using Apple Mail on my macbook pro.

Please can someone explain how to make the emails I send from my iPhone go to either the "sent" or "sent messages" folders on my iPhone?
