Hello,
i recently made a domain transfert, and now i'm having this issue, some emails are not sent to outlook or hotmail domain: here is the issue on delivery track


SMTP error from remote mail server after pipelined MAIL FROM:<[email protected]> SIZE=121153: 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [x.x.x.84] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140). You can also refer your provider to Troubleshooting. [BL2NAM02FT032.eop-nam02.prod.protection.outlook.com]

and other probleme i have: i still get some emails on my old email provider:
please help me with this.

Hello,


The error message you're receiving is a result of the provider being on outlooks blocklist. This is something they're going to need to resolve. As far as emails being received to the old provider, the only way this would happen is if you'd not changed your mx record

First address the problem of who/what is sending the spam. The issue can then hopefully be resolved by asking for the IP(s) sending the email to be removed from Microsoft's outlook/hotmail blacklist. You, or whoever is the admin for the mail server can do this by filling out the form located here: New Support Request
Do not fill out the form until the spam problem is resolved!!

Hi everybody! I have a CPanel service with hosting in GoDaddy. I have several clients or Domain Names in my service. Since 2 days ago, some clients reports and I confirmed this issue with my own accounts, that emails sent to hotmail.com accounts, these e-mails never arrived to the destiny. Only destiny any hotmail.com account. I have tested sending e-mails from WEBMAIL with the same result.
Somebody has the same problem? I have contacted with Godaddy support and they says that all in Godaddy is OK. The problem is with CPanel. Before, always used my own domain e-mail to interchange data and files between computers and devices thru hotmail.com account without problems. ¿is this problem of Hotmail? thank you in advance

If the emails are not being received in Hotmail and GoDaddy indicates that it is a cPanel error, please request the error log that verifies that the error is from cPanel and not the IP assigned to your account since it is very likely that this IP is blacklisted by hotmail which causes this error sending to hotmail.com, live.com, outlook.com

Hola, tengo el mismo problema mis correos desde cpanel contratado hosting con godaddy, ellos dicen que se debe a que los correos de cpanel son inseguros y que no brindan soporte sobre este servicio, que para solucionar el problema se debe contratar un servicio de correo estilo office 365 el cual cobran mensualmente por dirección de correo. Será que si contrato un hosting con otra empresa y migro mis dominios tendré el mismo problema? qué me aconsejan?, como me puede ayudar Cpanel para solucionar este problema? No sé tal vez si existiera una forma de que mis dominios dejaran de estar en lista negra. Gracias

Te comento, generalmente este tipo de error de bloqueo por parte de hotmail se debe a que sus servidores han detectado tu Ip como enviador de correo Spam, quizas no seas tu, es posible que haya sido alguien más quien ha enviado Spam hacia Hotmail y han bloqueado la Ip y por ello todos los que la comparten, puedes solucionar cambiando de Godaddy hacia otro proveedor solo verifica que sea un proveedor que pueda darte soporte real y no solo tonterias ilogicas como lo hace Godaddy.

** Nota. Godaddy te ha dado esa respuesta ya que ellos al parecer no quieren
- Enviar solicitud de desbloqueo de ip a hotmail
- Dar seguimiento para encontrar quien ha enviado correos spam o que cliente posiblemente este ocasionando este error de forma continua
- al contratar servicio de office 365 el soporte vendra ahora de microsoft no de godaddy y estos significa menos trabajo para ellos.

Muy cierto para ellos es solo vender y vender, no piensan en ayudar al cliente.
Hay alguna forma que cpanel me ayude con los dominios que tengo problemas?
Ayer migré uno a un proveedor q se llama Hostgator y por lo menos los correos llegan a spam lo cual es mucho decir ya que estando en godaddy ni llegaban ... :)
