My serverwas workin fine and suddenly emails send to hotmail dont reach the destination.
It dont give any error, even in send summery it shows that was sucesfully delivered, also check the quere.
I dont send spam and all the outgoing emails are official emails and never send thing like that.
I check if my ip is blacklisted wiht mxtool but its clear.
If I send emails from hotmail to my server I receive the emails, and even if I reply to the same email it reach the destination.

Hello,

Try reviewing the message in /var/log/exim_mainlog:

Code:
exigrep [email protected] /var/log/exim_mainlog
Does it show as successfully delivered? If so, is it possible that it's in the Hotmail user's SPAM folder?

Thank you.

Hi

Hotmail etc do not always reject an email if they have an issue with it (life would be easier if they did), quite often they accept it and either place in the recipients Junk folder or it disappears into thin air.

Things you can do to help avoid this:

1, Check if SPF is enabled and if not enable it, also while you are there enable DKIM

2, Setup email or forwarders for [email protected] , [email protected] , [email protected]

3, Ensure RDNS matches!

Thanks

Paul
