I have a Customer that is having some odd issues. He has a PHP script that sends out emails.

When a customer fills out the online form, and gets the auto-reply, he says the person will get the email but on the FROM: line it shows:

    www.customerdomain.comMIME-Version: 1.0@hostname.serverndomain.com

So, Why would this be. I'm trying to help him out here, I'm thinking it's his PHP script bu I can't pinpoint it because I'm not a programmer.

He is saying that his webmaster says it's our sendmail but I have many other people using PHP scripts on my server that sends mail and doesn't have this issue.

    Go on, have a guess
IMO, its 100% a problem with the script. At a guess, they've uploaded the script in BINARY and not ASCII mode and so screwed up the linefeeds.
