    Hi,

Previously if I had a domain set up say fred.com and an alias of mary.com

Any mail sent to name@mary.com would automatically go to name@fred.com

    This is no longer working.

Is there any reason why this would have stopped.

The domain alias works fine for webpages.

    Hello :)

Please browse to "cPanel >> Forwarders" and ensure you have configured "Forward All Email for a Domain" for the domain name you have added as an alias.

    Thank you.
