This resource has great advice, and is an excellent place to start:

How to Keep your Email Out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation

Google has also provided a set of tools to help you; available at G Suite toolbox - use the Verify DNS issues section to help ensure your DNS entries are all correct.

Another great tool is MX Lookup Tool - Check your DNS MX Records online - MxToolbox that offers many tools for diagnosing and checking your records and configuration.
I did some tests, and apparently it's a problem with the DKIM registry. But my domain already has that record.

How can I validate if the DKIM record is ok? Does Cpanel generate this record?

MXToolbox has a DKIM tester : you should probably use default in the selector field.

DKIM is enabled in your cPanel : EMAIL > Authentications - ensure DKIM has been enabled (Active) and passes the built -in DNS check.

If you want to regenerate your DKIM key, check out this post from @cPanelMichael Regenerating DKIM keys again
