Emails to mailman

    (Unrouteable address)

    (generated from mailman@ServerName)
    Unrouteable address

    Cpanel: 7.1.8-R45

    Anyone having this problem?

    This is also included in the error message:

    The problem is still there even using the latest Cpanel Release 7.2.0 #7


    Where do you see this error?

    That error is included in the bounced email.

    cPanel support just replied to me (after sending in support request 2 minutes ago) so I will see what they think the problem is. :)

    Please inform me with any useful replies. My ticket regarding this problem was not touched. But they replied to other tickets, may be this one was lost.

    Yeah, it removed the bounced email error but the emails still did not go into the list. They are working on it now to fix it.

    I think E9 release fixes it. So try upgrading cpanel to the latest edge release.

    There are many EDGEs getting released, so I think its a good idea to wait for the next Release after these EDGEs

    If I setup a new mailing list and try to send a message to it I get the following error:

    Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

    Subject: Test
    Sent: 7/12/2003 8:07 PM

    The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

    'Test@donatebyhosting.com' on 7/12/2003 8:07 PM
    550 5.1.1 <Test@donatebyhosting.com>... User unknown

    However, I can admin the mailling list, etc. But messages are not getting through.

    I upgraded to R-20 and tried to send an email to mailman@ServerHostName

    and it returned:
    550 Unrouteable address
