Embed Video onto website

I have GD and a professional Video that was shot and edited- its is in MP4 format

I would like to embed the video as a pop up on my website home screen after X amount of seconds or maybe make a "testimonials" page.

I am having trouble with 1) finding the actual code to the video if there is some sort of code generator 2) the exact code with source language to help pull from my cPanel

any help would be greatly appreciated

This isn't something that would be best handled here - you would get better solutions by looking for the creators of such code. If you use a CMS most have plugins that can handle this. A quick google search brings up a number of options: embed video code - Google Search

No problem, I hope you find something that works for you. I'm working on something similar for my father who passed away almost 2 weeks ago now. He had a bunch of youtube videos I'm embedding into a tribute site for him - but I'm using Wordpress for it (I'm not a web developer) and there are a vast number of plugins available that make adding this pretty streamlined.
