empty Webalizer Ftp stats

I observed the following problem:
2 server do not have any stats in the Webalizer Ftp. I get on both the message

Cannot find an acceptable log file for your domain.

Some old account show me some ftp traffic from February 2006.

All other stats like webalizer or awatsts seem to be fine, but I think the ftp traffic is not included for e.g. in the Bandwith statistic. (not yet 100% confirmed)

I run pure-ftp, configured standard on port 21.
The /etc/pure-ftpd.conf has the following line active

AltLog  xferlog:/usr/local/apache/domlogs/ftpxferlog

and the file /usr/local/apache/domlogs/ftpxferlog does log the ftp traffic. But only here and nothing will be prepared for the user's /temp folder.

Based on this information I think the FTP and the logs are running well. The application Webalizer FTP does even work well, but somthing must be wrong between the /usr/local/apache/domlogs/ftpxferlog and the /tmp/webalizerftp/* files the webalizer fetches.


Any further ideas how to proceed to troubleshoot this ?

So Did you find any solution for FTP logs for individual Client?

If so than please let me know what configuration I must make from my end.

No not yet - this worked until a few month ago, even with webalizer ftp - as I can simulate it on 2 seperate servers (1 virtaul - 1 HW) I assume this is a bug. Would be nice to know if someone has actual webalizer ftp statistics available. Or if this is a common Problem. I will probably raise a ticket, as soon as I will find the time.
