enable all subdomains

Hi there

I would like to know which file contains the settings of the subdomains. At the moment I disabled all entries for the subdomains. I would like to do that in the CuteFTP (to replace the disabled entries into enabled entries). I would be afraid to enable each subdomain per WHM. Any hint? Sorry for asking again but I didn't get an answer yet.
