    Dear,

As I find legacy backup is not there anymore, ok next I have waited for the backup to be run on the next day but I have find that there is no backup run .

Secondly I tried to force the backup to run from Shell Command

    ]# /scripts/cpbackup --force
[cpbackup] Backup Not Enabled (This can be adjusted in WHM => Backup => Legacy Backup Configuration)

Now how to enable backup on daily schedule ?

If I remember correctly, cpbackup is the old type of backup. You should enable the new backup from WHM > Backup
