Enable Backups in WHM

    Hi,

    running WHM 11.44.1 and we dont have a Backup button. How do we enable this?

    See attached Console snapshot that has the button after Locales, we dont.

    Hello,

    AS per your access level you have reseller account. Backup configure option available only for root access WHM.

    You need to contact to your hosting provider to for backup configuration.

    actually I have root access, we are a hosting provider. The VPS our data centre provider provisioned for us came with WHM. Did the install incorrectly?

    Please perform upcp to update your cpanel. You can update your cpanl using below command :

    /scripts/upcp --force
