Enable Leech protection create problem for all accounts

Hi,

Don't know if this is a setting or a bug, but one of my customers turned the Leech protection on and all websites where at once not available. I had to restart APache to get them back.

I use the WHM E479 anyone.. any idea how to solve this or what is the reason for this behaviour, as its a bit scary to wait for another user who turns it on ...
