Enable Root/Reseller account access to Logaholic UI

Is it possible to enable selected resellers or root accounts to view the logaholic stats of selected cPanel Account Owners?
Currently when a higher privilege user tries to access logaholics for a selected cPanel account they are shown the attached.

I would like to enable selected users to bypass this?
