Enable subdomains error

I\'m having a problem. When I go to enable subdomains for a new account I set up, the domain I set up is not in the list. What could be the problem???

Blank list for me as well--- on every server I have ever dealt with this is the case within WHManager. I know this has something to do with the nameserver setup....

Can anyone point us in the right direction? It\'s regarding \"Enable Subdomains on an Account\" option in WHManager. If there is a thread that describes a fix for this, please post it here.

I have not found one as of yet.

Unless I am mistaken, that feature just added a wildcard entry to the DNS zone for the domain you enable. Several months ago, CPanel started setting up the individual DNS entry when you setup the domain. So I would suspect that this feature in WHM has no effect anymore.
