Please could someone tell me how to enable DHTML on an Apache Redhat Linux 7 server...

I tried modifying the .htaccess file to the following to no avail :

    Options Indexes FollowSymLinks Includes
    AddType text/x-server-parsed-html .html
    AddType application/x-javascript .js

Anybody who has done something similar could you please help me out.

P.S. Do we need to make modifications to the access.conf or srm.conf files...if so what?

It is on by default. It is not like PHP or ASP. It is just like HTML & javascript.
