Enabling DNS Clustering

I'm trying to setup DNS Clustering between a full cPanel server and a DNS Only cPanel server.

I have no problem with the DNS Only server, but on the main cPanel server after I create the trust relationship, under "DNS Role" it says - "Dns Clustering not enabled
Please configure remote server."

But the remote server is configured, so I don't understand what the problem is.

The only strange thing I can see is that on the main server there are no radio buttons for enabling and disabling DNS Clustering like there are on the DNS Only server.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

I've been able to work out that the problem is that I *should* have the radio buttons for enabling/disabling DNS Clustering.

I have reseller access wiith full access to all features and I can see in my list of privileges that DNS Clustering is ticked.

Is there something else that has to be set at root level to allow the Enable & Disable DNS Clusting buttons to appear on the "Configure Cluster" screen?

My server management people weaved their magic and hey presto i can enable DNS clustering.
