"I am starting to look at upgrading some Drupal websites from version 6
to version 7. I was going to start with the Sandbox on the xxx.yyy.org website. I figured this would be a great test upgrade.
Anyway it appears that the PDO (PHP Data Objects) needs to be enabled
    on the webservers PHP installation."

    How do I do this?
