Enabling PHP intl support

Hello,
I am trying to find out how to enable PHP intl support in PHP via cPanel.
I have researched the net and the forums and came up dry on how to do this.
The only intl support I found in the WHM was referring to error reporting or something of that nature.

Login to WHM with root user. Go to Main >> Software >> Module Installers. Click on Manage next to PHP Pecl. You can find and install intl package from the pecl installer.
