Enabling services via SSH

Hey guys,

I have a quick question about managing SSH access for users. I know that you can do it using WHM, however I spend most of my time in a putty window and I can't figure out how to enable jailshell access for users via SSH.

I would assume that it would be in the /scripts/ directory... but it looks like I'm wrong.

Does anybody know?
