Hello

I have created a node program that it's working on http://mydomain:3000/node/index.js and I want to "hide" the port (3000).

I have been reading that I need the a proxy server so I installed engintron and configured different ways but I can't reach what I want.

For example I have used:

server {
listen here.is.my.ip:80;
server_name www.mydomain.com mydomain.com;
location /node {
proxy_pass http://here.is.my.ip:3000;
}
}

Please help!
Thanks

Hello,

We are unable to directly assist with the specific custom proxy configuration entries you will need to use, but here's a third-party URL you may find helpful:

Apache redirect to another port

Once you have a specific entry to use, here are the instructions on how to customize the Virtual Host:

Modify Apache Virtual Hosts with Include Files - EasyApache 4 - cPanel Documentation

Remember to run the following command after setting up a custom include file:

Code:
/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/ensure_vhost_includes --all-users
Additionally, here's a list of companies offering system admin services should you need assistance with this:

System Administration Services | cPanel Forums

Thank you.
