Ensim account transfer faild

    I tried to transform an account from ensim but get this error:


    Attempting to copy adminXX from 66.98.xx.xx
    Creating /scripts/... Done
    Copying pkgacct-enXim script.....0%.. ..100%.. ...Done
    Copying unpkgacct script.....0%.. ..100%.. ...Done
    Packaging the account...

    error: site_admin adminXX lookup failed
    Invalid user

    Done
    Warning: file location not sent.. guessing.. this may not work ....
    Using the single archive method (/home/cpmove-userXX.tar.gz)!
    Copy Destination: /home
    Transfer Error
    The remote server didn't report a correct md5sum of the archive. Please ensure you selected the correct type of remote server.

    Remote server:
    Ensim Pro 4.0.3-22.rhel.3ES

    My Server:
    WHM 11.11.0 cPanel 11.15.0-R18373
    REDHAT 5.1 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0

    Any help please

    OK solved !!! It was my bad. In the remote server username I've added "admin30" and that is not correct. i needed to add the real username of the account itself (not the ensim user). Now everything is transfered like a charm. You guys from cPanel make my life easier. Thank you!
