Entropybanner - not working

Hi,

I have a user say he cannot get Entropybanners working.
SUEXEC is enabled on the server and his .shtml entry is fine.
The same problem is on my other webserver too.

Any ideas?

sorry to pull this one back up from the grave... but we are having the same problem!

We havent figured out a work-around short of copying the cgi script into the user's cgi-bin, and making an SSI exec call to it there.

Has anyone else made any progress with this?
