New to CPanel. I setup the err*.shtml pages and they all work for the primary domain in an account. But it does not work for the ADD ON DOMAINS I create in the account. How can I configure it so that all domains will utilize the err files? Can I even have custom error files for some of the ADD ON DOMAINS within an account? Thanks.

addon domain = domain parked on a subdomain.

suppose your domain is abc.com with username abc; and your add-on domain is xyz.com. what you do is park xyz.com on xyz.abc.com.

Hence the documentroot of xyz.com will be /home/abc/public_html/xyz/

and that of abc.com is /home/abc/public_html/

so putting an error document at /home/abc/public_html/ and calling it up from xyz.com will never give it access; since xyz.com has permission to access files inside /home/abc/public_html/xyz/ only.

Solution: Put the error documents inside /home/abc/public_html/xyz/ and then reset the proper paths for the error documents accordingly and this shld work.
