ERROR 1044???

Hi all,

OK, all my clients (included me) come to Sql Account Maintenance area in cpanel, at database menu there\'s en error said:
Users in clientname_nuke ERROR 1044 at line 1: Access denied for user: \'root@localhost\' to database \'mysql\'

and at users maintenance area there\'s en error said:
\"ERROR 1044 at line 1: Access denied for user: \'root@localhost\' to database \'mysql\'
ERROR 1044 at line 1: Access denied for user: \'root@localhost\' to database \'mysql\'
/usr/bin/mysqladmin: reload failed; error: \'Access denied for user: \'root@localhost\'
(Using password: NO)\'

any idea how to fix this?

I had my provider\'s admin\'s fix this on mine after a recompile, and it was tricky for them (at least in my case).

It has to do with how your password setup is for root to access the mysql server and if passwords are on/off for individual domains and mysql users..

Not much help, but check your setup and passwords.

Try changing your Mysql Root Password in WHM
