error 1045 Access denied

    This is a brand new server, only the main account has been added, and when I went to change the password to the cpanel login I got errors. Error 1045 Access Denied. But I went to log into cpanel with the password and it worked just fine.

    When I try to create an account this is what I get towards the bottom. Whats wrong?

    i have this error

    i have this error on Cron /script/upcp and that emailed me about this too

    mysql version???

    Hello,

    Could u pls let me know what OS,version of WHM/Cpanel and Mysql u r using?

    and do check that u r able to connect to mysql with root from the Shell.

    Reset Local Mysql Root Password fixed this for me.
