Error 500 after installing Afterlogic webmail

Hello,
I am trying to follow the instructions of this link Install on cPanel - WebMail Lite 8 documentation
but after the installation process ends I can´t login with the superadmin username it states.
I also receive an Error 500 message when I click on the Afterlogic icon inside the CPanel webmail screen.

Does anybody else had the same problem?

@microvax - it's important to note that this application is not developed by cPanel, so we aren't able to offer support for this on our end. It would be best to contact the Webmail Lite developers if you're having issues with that.

@anoopk350 - since this isn't a cPanel application, I would not expect an update to change the behavior.
