SOLVED Error 599 internal exception

Hi All,

please help.
trying to transfer from Cpanel to Cpanel.
It worked before but it no longer does.
I can ping existing server that I am transfering from, but it gives me error.
Looks like something to do with Perl

So I can SSH into the source machine from my PC, but not from VPS. Connection refused. So something on destination machine is causing it

so it looks like that the issue is on the destination side. I have disabled firewall and i can ssh into the source.
any idea what could be causing it?

please close the ticket. I have added the ports on the destination firewall and it all works now
