    Hi,

I've a hosting account in a shared server where i have 2 addon domains with some subdomains added 1 month ago more or less, and i could create them with any problems, but now, i get this missage:

Error from domain wrapper: were unable locate your current domain name, (the_addon_domain_name.com) the webserver configuration! The subdomain cannot added because information about your domain could not obtained from the webserver configuration file.

Does anyone know why I get this missage? And most important, how to solve it?

    Thanks! :D

You should make your web hosting provider aware of this issue so they can fix it for you.

In case you don't know who your provider is, you can determine who your web hosting provider is by visiting: http://www.WhoIsHostingThis.com
