error addon domanins

Hi all, I have a hosting plan gold on 24hosting, i want to register a new domain (passatempi-divertimenti.org) but if i use "Addon Domanins" it appear "Error from park wrapper: Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar." How can i solve? Thank

You need to register the domain first as explained in the error and them attempt to create it as addon.

How can I register a new domain? Is it free?

No it isn't.
You need to go to your current domain registrar and purchase a new domain.
Then set its name servers to point to your current name servers and after that create the add-on domain.
