I have also the same problem since yesterday, do we have any estimate resolve time?
It started with
503 Service Unavailable
504 Gateway Timeout
and now with x:: Order ::notfound

Any update? or not yet?

Update - as of this point, the 503/504/"Generic Exception" errors should be resolved. However, there is going to be a *massive* influx of SSL ordering and processing while we work through the backlog, so I would expect to see the more standard "cannot currently accept incoming requests" error due to Sectigo ratelimiting.

As always, switching to Let's Encrypt may make the process smoother for you if you have SSLs that are critical and need to get them in place sooner than later.

Hello!
I have a universe of several servers and many clients that use the AutoSSL feature.

I need an update on this error... Its finally fixed?

With my very best regards,

The Problem still with me but give me another error:

WARN Local HTTP DCV error (www.valuedent.marketing-google.com): The system queried for a temporary file at “http://www.valuedent.marketing-goog...idation/5CCF46B41EF0948C6E9E2FDC9DDF60F4.txt”, but the web server responded with the following error: 500 (Internal Server Error). A DNS (Domain Name System) or web server misconfiguration may exist

any help what I have to do for solve this problem with Sectigo
At this time the issue is resolved. Like I mentioned, there will likely still be some hiccups, but the major outage is done. If you did switch to Let's Encrypt, that won't cause a problem with future renewals.

Got these errors two days in a row. Nothing has changed on my end.

The following cPanel service generated warnings from the checkallsslcerts script.
⚠ cpanel
The system failed to acquire a signed certificate from the cPanel Store because of the following error: (XID sz2nfa) The cPanel Store returned an error (X::TemporarilyUnavailable) in response to the request “POST ssl/certificate/whm-license/90-day”: We were unable to process your request. Please try again later.

Hello,

We're also experiencing AutoSSL issues, we're still getting this message:

"[2023-01-06T10:11:13Z] AutoSSL failed to request an SSL certificate for “example.com” because of an error: (XID h1foo) The response to the HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) “POST” request from “https://store.cpanel.net/json-api/ssl/certificate/free” indicated an error (503, Service Unavailable)".

"12:49:38 PM ERROR AutoSSL failed to request an SSL certificate for “example.com” because of an error: (XID eh1mie) The cPanel Store returned an error (X::UnknownError) in response to the request “POST ssl/certificate/free”: Service Unavailable.."

Please can we have an update on progress of a fix for this?
