I always get Error "Cannot Read License File" on my new server when finished transferring cpanel account from old server (reseller) to new server (root).
My new Server IP (root) is 103.56.149.36 already getting about 2 or 3 times "Cannot Read License File" Error. even though I just transferred my cpanel account from the old server to the new server using the "Transfer from Remote cPanel Account" service.
Then I see that there is IP 103.163.138.9 in the message "Cannot Read License File" even though my VPS IP is 103.56.149.36.

I also have the "Support Access ID" error. Though I've got it with command as root user: /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -S


Please solve this problem.
