Error compiling Apache 2.4

I'm tyring to update mu server but I get the following problem:

Syntax error on line 8 of /usr/local/apache/conf/modsec2.user.conf: Could not open configuration file /usr/local/apache/conf/modsec-imh/rules.conf: No such file or directory

Please review line 8 of /usr/local/apache/conf/modsec2.user.conf and remove the entry if you do not utilize the custom /usr/local/apache/conf/modsec-imh/rules.conf file.
