Error connecting to webmail

Good day,

Please I am having issue logging in to my webmail, when I click login, it displays DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!
Other webmail accounts are not having this issue.
I have changed the mail folder permission to 0755 but the issue still remains.
Below is the server log for the email account:

Mar 6 12:31:31 server dovecot: imap-login: Login: user=<[email protected]>, method=PLAIN, rip=::1, lip=::1, mpid=413391, secured, session=<deO5/i2gfOQAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAB>
Mar 6 12:31:31 server1 dovecot: imap([email protected])<413391><deO5/i2gfOQAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAB>: Logged out in=82, out=978, bytes=82/978

Kindly help.

Have you tried changing the password in roundcube then try loggin in again?

I'm not sure the provided information helps to be honest.

is there anything var/log/maillog

The failed authentication attempts wouldn't cause this issue. What if anything is noted in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log (in relation to this issue)?
Is the issue occurring with both horde and roundcube or just roundcube?

I'm not sure what would be causing that for only one user. I'd suggest opening a ticket if the issue is still occurring.
We did open a ticket and they pin-pointed the issue to the account's database table:
/home/user/etc/domain.com/user.rcube.db

The the issue was resolved by deleting the database and login in to the email account again.
