Please help, error in copy accounts cpanel to cpanel:

rsync streaming failed: The subprocess “/usr/bin/rsync” reported the “ENOMEM” (12) error when it ended.

It appears that the error was due to not having enough swap space available for the new process. You should be able to add more swap space to resolve the problem.
