Hello,
I just deleted my database because it got hacked, and I also want to redesign the entire website. However, when I create a new database and add a user to it, it says: "The user could not be added to the database. The request failed. The user I created has the same username. database user and password ".

Any help will be very appreciated.
Thank you!!!

Hey there! Can you let me know how you removed the database? If that work was performed through the cPanel interface it should have deleted everything related to it, although if it was compromised it's hard to say for sure where the issue may be.

That text doesn't look like something from the cPanel interface that I'm familiar with, but it sounds like there could be a username entry still in the MySQL users table. I see your profile indicates you do not have root access to the server, so you would need to speak with the hosting provider or datacenter to see if they can check the user table on the database and get remnants of that account removed.
