Error de actualizacion de WHM

    Saludos,

    Tengo un problema y es que estoy recibiendo emails de actualizaciones fallidas cada vez que el whm intenta actualizarse:

    Error de actualización de WHM en el script upcp de cPanel &

    Code:
    El cPanel & WHM proceso de actualización falló debido a la siguiente razón:
    
    El comando `/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/updatenow --upcp --log=/var/cpanel/updatelogs/update.1448582221.log` falló y salió con el código “255” (señal = 0)
    
    Actualizar la vista previa del registro:

    “Account Modifications” notifications are currently configured to have an importance of “High”. You can change the importance or disable this type of notification in WHM’s Contact Manager at: https://ejemplo.com:2087/scripts2/editcontact?event=upcp
    ¿Alguien sabe que puede estar pasando?

    Hola. Intenta forzar la actualización vía SSH: /scripts/upcp --force

    Yo estoy con el mismo problema desde hace un par de días.
    No he conseguido solucionarlo forzando la actualización vía SSH.
    ¿Alguna alternativa? Gracias.

    Hola. Podrias copiar la salida que te genera la actualización vía SSH? Además de esto, que otra cosa haz intentado? (reiniciar servicios, el servidor, etc.)

    Si, también he intentado reiniciando el servidor.

    Según este enlace, el problema es con los mirrors de cPanel.

    Me ocurre lo mismo.

    Segun dices @kalid, tocara esperar

    Estamos en la misma situación desde hace aproximadamente una semana, ni forzando por SSH. Por lo que dice @kalid son los mirrors de cPanel, pero en el mismo mensaje se comenta que el problema está solucionado.

    El enlace de @kalid hace referencia a este mismo problema pero en Agosto. Supongo que habrá que esperar... o ticket a soporte la próxima semana.

    A modo personal, gestiono varios servidores de cPanel y en ninguno ha ocurrido este problema. Si bien podrían ser los propios mirrors de cPanel, también hay otras posibilidades... como un fallo de red entre sus servidores y cPanel, que el firewall (CSF, por ejemplo), esté bloqueando las IPs de los mirrors, algún puerto, etc.

    ¿Han probado deshabilitar el firewall? csf -x (para quienes lo tienen), o iptables -F

    Si esto no funciona, ¿qué DNS tienen en /etc/resolv.conf?
