error deleting ftp account, 404 not found

I get a error 404 page not found page when I try deleting ftp account.
otherwise everything works great, just can't delete the accounts
Any Ideas?

I'm running WHM 10.1.0 cPanel 10.2.0-S83 Trustix i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

I was seeing the same thing. I changed the theme from monsoon to x, and now it's working!
