Error: Domain domain.com has exceeded the max defers and failures per hour

Hi,

a user get this problem:
"Error: Domain domain.com has exceeded the max defers and failures per hour"
but in WHM-Tweaks, this:
"Maximum percentage of failed or deferred messages a domain may send per hour"

is set as unlimited already?

Where can be the problem?

Kindly take a look at the Max hourly mail limit set server wide in Tweak settings as well as for the particular account.

WHM >> Tweak Settings

WHM >> Modify Account

What does Max hourly limit have to do with Max defers and failures? They would seem to be separate. Do they interact in some way?

I'd also like to know the answer to musti19's original question -- why does the max defers and failures kick in if the default is set to unlimited (assuming this setting has not been overridden on the account level)?
