Pyzor on my server had never worked, always got socket error or permission error connecting to pyzor server.
After I upgraded to CPanel 102.0.19 (from 94.0.13), Pyzor works again, I don't get any of those errors anymore. However new issue comes up.

Beside the above, I also receive these 2 other errors related to pyzor:
Restarting spamd service makes it start to log again.
Any ideas how should I solve this issue?

When this happens there is no log of spamd for most emails except those with shortcircuited score. I don't see anything is affected so far. Emails still have their spam scores in their headers.
