Error entering Backup Configuration

Nightly backups are not working.

When I try to enter Backup Configuration option in WHM, I get and error

A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive.

when I click on [Show] I get the following:

Hey there! If you force a cPanel update with the "/scripts/upcp --force" command, does that help to get things working? If not, do you see anything else in the cPanel error log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log?

I ran /scripts/upcp --force successfully however it did not solve the WHM issue with the backup.

The error in the log is still:
