Hello masters,
I am pretty new with WHM and cPanel so I messed up a bit today.
I installed some widget to clean up the database and boom, it cleared all the tables and strings now I can't access my website anymore.

One or more database tables are unavailable. The database may need to be repaired.
Error establishing a database connection
So I tried to use the backup in WHM to restore the site but it sent me this message:

ould not restore account “coolexplorers”: Insufficient disk space is available. “/backup/2021-08-30/accounts” on host “coolexplorers-cpanel-vm.europe-west4-b.c.coolexplorers.internal” has 6.26 GB free and requires at least 13.83 GB free, which includes space for temporary files.
I did delete trash in cPanel but I have a lot of daily backup so I don't know how to access to /backup directory to delete from SSH side. I am so scared that I will delete my whole site and it will be gone forever.

I tried to use CyberDuck but don't know how to set it up yet.

It said log-in failed maybe something to do with private keys and stuff.

Did open a ticket but he doesn't help me a lot, only send links and URLs which I read but don't lead to anywhere.

Please help masters.

Hey there! Did you open a ticket with cPanel or with your hosting provider? While we're happy to help advise on what could be removed, our team is not able to delete data from the server for you.

If you need to delete data to free up space, the easiest way would be to connect to the server through an FTP client as a root user, especially if you're not familiar with SSH. Details on configuring Cyberduck can be found here:

Once you are connected to the server as the root user you would be able to see all the files on the server, so be careful and only delete things you are sure you will not need as there is not a way to recover these files.
