I have a sever that has the option in WHM enabled to Allow users to update Awstats from cPanel. However when the "update now" link is clicked the screen returns:

Error: Failed to write temporary history file

Setup ('/home/user/tmp/awstats/awstats.domain.com.conf' file, web server or permissions) may be wrong.
See AWStats documentation in 'docs' directory for informations on how to setup awstats.

Any one know why this is or have a fix to it?

Normally this happens when Disk Quotas are Exceeded or Corrupted, Check the Disk Quota for this user and increase it if needed.

    Re-run the awstats.

    Hope this Help !
