    Hello,

Is this a VPS machine? There are tickets in our system where under virtual environments this error have been seen, possibly due to memory or usage restrictions. You might want to submit a ticket to your hosting provider to see if they can determine the cause. If they cannot, they could submit a ticket to us about it.

    Thanks!

    Hello Tristan,

It is a dedicated server. I will submit a ticket to the hosting company.
Thank you for your reply. Cheers!

Try using the command /usr/local/cpanel/bin/setupdbmap once and then add the mysql database. See if it works.
