    Hi,

I am trying to remove subdomain and it gives me following error:

Error from park wrapper: Sorry, I do not believe you control the subdomain for xxxx.com

    What should I do...

I have checked, that there is no username for that addon domain on:

/var/cpanel/users Should I add it? Username already exists on cpanel, but it's 10 characters long.

    Please help me quickly, thanks...

Do the following and see if it results something.

    grep -rl sub.domain.com /var/cpanel/users

Also check for the entries for subdomain in the following files.

    /etc/userdomains
    /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

I would also log into WHM and go into "Tweak Settings" and see if the following line is currently checked:

Allow users to Park/Addon Domains on top of domains owned by other users. (probably a bad idea)

If that is checked, you may have problems adding a subdomain if either it
or the primary domain it is under is already setup under another account.
