Versions Match! (10.2.0-EDGE_192). You are running the latest EDGE.

    root@cp17 [/scripts]# ./restartsrv_cppop
Undefined subroutine &main::myheaders called at bin/cppop.pl line 1719.
    root@cp17 [/scripts]#

How can i make it recompile cppop?

You'll need to run a cPanel update:

    /scripts/upcp --force

The problem is that the pop server that cPanel uses is closed source, so it's pretty much impossible for anyone but cPanel to fix or even workaround.

Yes, it is not supposed to work. None of the proprietary binaries work without a valid verified license.
