Have you tried to install Hibernate using any of the number of Tomcat Hibernate guides online to see the results? It is typically easiest to try to install it and then see if it does or does not work, then provide the error or errors if the framework doesn't work properly.

Of note, since Hibernate is a framework and has configuration settings, it will not run automatically with cPanel, since it has installation instructions similar to any other complex J2EE framework. For something to run automatically, it would have to be included with our Tomcat installation, and Hibernate is not included with it.
