When trying to migrate an account from one cpanel to another, through the option: Transfers » Copy an account from another server with an account password, at the end gives me the following error:
Failed: Account Restore Failed: "Failed to extract the archive at" /home/cpmove-xxxx.tar.gz ": The archive appears to be empty." The truth is that it takes 3 hours and the file is only 13 bytes long.
What is up? Why are you giving me this error?
    Tanks,
    JR

    Hello,

It's difficult to know for sure what's happening, as you don't have root access to the source server. You may want to try generating a backup of the account via "cPanel >> Backups" on the source server, and then upload the backup to the /home directory on the destination server. You can then restore the account via the following command:

    Code:
    /scripts/restorepkg /home/file-name.tar.gz
    Thank you.
