Error in moving the sites form one VPS to another

We are trying to move the websites from our old VPS to the new VPS with us but we are getting the error as follows

1. IP address not assigned to the domain and Quota is assigned as unlimited and the files are not transferd to the moved account.

2. If we delete the domain and try to move again we get the error "the home directory for this user (/home/xxxxxxx) already exists) and the transfer fails.

Using WHM 11.30.3 (build 5)
CENTOS 6.0 x86_64 virtuozzo

Hello

That sounds like the new VPS machine may have hit it's "quotaugidlimit" limit. This limit is set from the VPS hardware node, so you will need to contact your VPS hosting provider for assistance.
